You need to think like Disney

If you want to excel in your endeavors you have to think like Disney. In today's modern economy we are all a media company, a personal brand, a sales entity, etc...

Long gone are the days of graduating from school, landing a job, and working there for 40 years and getting your gold watch at retirement. 

Today people are now the business. You. Yourself. You are the business of one. 

And you need to have unique skills and offering to the market to succeed in today's competitive environment. You need sales skills, you need management skills - both time and financial - you need customer service expertise. And you need to be able to deliver on one or two of these skills better than 75% of the population in order to stand out. 

You need to think like Disney. 

Disney is more than a brand they are part of our culture few companies achieve this.

It becomes a relic of childhood when you interact with the brand it transforms you back to being a child. We tend to forget Disney is another company that sells us products and services. We forget this because they do so in a way that helps transport us in time and place in our minds.

Exceptional service and high quality of products are how Disney stands above the competition.

People travel from all over the world with their families in-tow to walk around a hot park in the Orlando summer heat, and they are paying thousands of dollars for the privilege to do so.

When you are delivering service, whether that be as a member of a team inside a company as an employee, or dealing with your customers in your business you need to have the mindset of exceptional service.

You need to think like Disney.
