Macro Decision Making

You should make macro decisions because they remove the need to make many micro-decisions.

For example, if you make the macro decision to be a fit person you no longer need to make the decision to take the stairs or elevators.

You already resolved that decision when you decided to be a fit person and a fit person opts for the stairs.

Making macro decision also relieves you of the obligation to choose the "right thing".

You already subconsciously make macro decisions all the time.

One of the biggest macro decisions you make is deciding to stay employed. So if you want to stay employed in your job you are relieved from the micro decision of waking up on time for work.
