There are a million consultants ready to tell us how to solve any problem we have but that is not what we need in today's modern economy.
We need creative and critical thinking employees who do not know how to just solve problems but more importantly, know how to identify problems.
If there is one skill you should learn to master it is not problem-solving skills it is problem identification skills.
We know how to fix the problems but we do not always know how to spot the problems.
